Pet Policy

Hawthorne Westside is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends!  There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets (no deposit required).  There is a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home. No weight or breed restrictions. View our Pet Policy.
